I have been suporting users on multi platforms with a focus on multimedia production since 1990. I have used and can troubleshoot all office printers and assist with network administration. I have extensive knowledge of upgrades, back-up's, user administration, files & formats. Ad infinitum.

I can install hard drives, RAM, power supplies, etc. I know the guts inside and out. I can build you a machine from scratch if need be.

I can set-up and configure wireless routers & switches etc. and  NAS back-ups and net servers.

I have not...Configured networks from the ground up. (But I have friends!)
